We're sad you're leaving and if you would like a refund, please contact:

Our general policy is that upon canceling, your node stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.  Ex: start a subscription on August 1, 2020, but decide on September 10th to cancel, you can still use your node until Oct 1, 2020. You get complete credit for time paid for.
