OAN Validator Shutdown

Blockdaemon will be shutting down our AION validator services. We want all delegators to our validator to have plenty of time to find suitable validators to move their stake towards.

To learn more about how to un-delegate and pick a new validator, you can read the official AION docs here: https://docs-aion.theoan.com/docs/staking-and-earning

You can find other active validators to delegate your AION to here: https://oan.bloxbean.com/#/dashboard/overview

Note: to undelegate will require about 24 hours of a lockup period for your funds to be available to delegate to a new validator.

However, you can avoid the 24 hour lockup period and select the "transfer stake" button within the My-AION wallet and doing a direct re-delection with that option.

If you have any questions about this process please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@blockdaemon.com

  • They do not need to undelegate, they can simply transfer their Aion to another pool right away.
